1Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with all features of the Cost plan. You are not charged during the trial and no payment card is needed to start it.
214-day money-back guarantee
If Citadel AI is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
It would help us a lot if you told us what did not work for you, but this is entirely optional and never affects your refund.
3Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account or by email; the subscription then stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where required by law or where we could not provide the Service as described.
4How to request a refund
Email andrei@code-nex.tech from your account email, or reply to your receipt from Paddle. Include the email address used for the purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
